I have had nothing but excellent experience with Dr. Saam. She is knowledgeable, prompt,, caring and her treatments response well. She goes over and beyond satisfaction in all visits! I love her attitude and her office staff are wonderful! I highly recommend her to my family and friends!
I can’t say enough about Dr. Saam’s office. I’ve been a patient in her office for quite some time now. Originally, I would see Dr. Saam. But, for the past several years I see her Nurse Practitioner(s). She has had two since I’ve been with her. Currently, I see Ashley, who is awesome and amazing. She is very thorough and I get outstanding care with her and in Dr. Saam’s practice. All of her office staff are attentive, caring, and thorough. My whole family goes here, and if this isn’t enough to say, when it came time to change insurance plans, I made sure they were in-network before changing, as I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you for the many, many years of care! You all are so appreciated!
Booked the appointment a month ahead and somehow their front desk messed up the date and time and scheduled it for the wrong day so I couldn’t make it and had to wait months to get the next appointment. Everything is so unorganized and rushed and they take forever to see you. Long wait time, very unaccommodating and poorly trained staff.
Dr Saam’s team is on it. Very welcoming, and the wait time was actually pretty short, I got to see my doctor during my lunch time and didn’t go over.Thank you
